Justin Klestinski’s career began at Kemper Investments in 1995 serving advisors across the nation in developing and servicing corporate retirements plans of all sizes. He then immersed himself in the independent RIA world when he moved into his role as Managing Director and Partner at Flippin, Bruce & Porter, a respected equity-focused asset manager, where he developed a deep appreciation for what custom, client-first advice looks like.
He then joined JPMorgan Private Bank in Chicago in 2009, where he spent years serving some of the most sophisticated investors in the country as well as earning the right to use the CFA charterholder designation. In 2012, he made the deliberate move to Wintrust Wealth Management to serve a more intimate client base — and a decade later, co-founded KRM with the goal of doing that work entirely on his own terms.
Justin's investment philosophy is rooted in a core belief: that complexity can be a trap. He prefers building portfolios through disciplined, transparent strategies — including options-based approaches for managing risk and generating income — over the increasingly fashionable world of private equity and illiquid alternatives. His clients know where their money is, and why.
A native of the Chicago area now based in Naples, Florida, Justin is a devoted father of two daughters. He founded KRM because he believed the best wealth management couldn't be mass-produced.
