June Dinardo

June DiNardo has been the organizational and relational backbone of this team since before KRM existed. She spent 16 years alongside Jim, Justin, and Alex at Wintrust Wealth Management — an unusually long tenure that speaks to something simple: she's genuinely good at what she does, and the people she works with know it.

Before finance, June was an educator. That background shapes everything about how she engages with clients. Where others might retreat into jargon, June instinctively reaches for clarity. She has a talent for helping people feel grounded when they're navigating decisions that feel overwhelming — estate transitions, distributions, significant account changes — and for making sure nothing falls through the cracks in the process.

June holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. She is the first voice many clients hear when they reach out to KRM, and frequently the reason they feel at ease by the end of the call.
